LATEST PROJECT

The foundation of our 3D modeling process in Revit

1. Load point cloud files into Revit and initiate collaborative modeling with the team.

2. Use sectional cuts to identify and set levels from foundation to roof.

3.  Develop the model progressively, adding core building elements—walls, fenestrations, floors, and structural systems—at each level.

4.  After finishing the model, conduct several rounds of quality review before submission.

5.  Once quality review are completed, we hand over the final BIM model and take full ownership for a period of one year. Any required revisions during this time are handled free of charge, ensuring a reliable and commitment-backed service.
